Lots of cherries, red berries and some orange zest with a delicate touch of toast. Very juicy and refreshing, the grapefruit acidity making the finish mouthwatering. A hint of positive bitterness adds to the impression of vitality. Based on the 2016 vintage with 15% red wine in the blend, mostly from Aÿ, Ambonnay and Bouzy. Drink now.

G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon Rosé celebrates the bold power of Pinot Noir (60%), the signature grape of Maison Mumm. Chardonnay (22%) is added to the blend to enhance the floralaspects of the wine, and Pinot Meunier (18%) brings a softnessand round, ripe fruit character. During the blending process, the Cellar Master adds 14% still red wine from our prestigious vineyard sites to create the beautiful rosé color. The wine is aged for a minimum of 24 months before disgorgement.
