Description

Our label is a snapshot of the wall outside of Juliet's Balcony in Verona where she called out to Romeo, where visitors leave over 3,000 love messages a day. It's a living piece of art in our fair Verona.

Although the story was fiction the families were quite real, and as rich as our wines. Although located around 100km west of Treviso, the romantically inspiring city of Verona is where Pasqua was founded in 1925, as well as having provided the backdrop for Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet. A pale, lightly aromatic and easy-drinking sparkling wine, with a soft mousse and an off-dry feel. Gentle flavors of pear, clementine and white apple are lifted by soft acidity. Enjoy on its own at any informal celebration, or as an accompaniment to summery salads and antipasti.

Sparkling wine produced with the “Glera” grape variety, native to the Treviso area. In this countryside there are the best soils and climate conditions that grant a wine unique in characteristics. It is a lively and youthful white sparkling wine that is suitable for all occasions.

Non-Vintage Sparkling

Non-vintage sparkling wine, commonly referred to as NV or "Méthode Traditionnelle," is an amalgamation of wines from various years, skillfully blended to achieve a consistent and harmonious flavor profile. Produced using the traditional method, this sparkling wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, contributing to its effervescence and complexity. By intentionally avoiding a specific vintage designation, winemakers have the flexibility to maintain a reliable and recognizable style, allowing consumers to enjoy a reliable and delicious sparkling experience year after year.

Prosecco

The Prosecco region, nestled in northeastern Italy's Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, is renowned for its sparkling wine crafted primarily from the Glera grape. This wine dazzles with its fresh, fruity profile, boasting notes of green apple, pear, and citrus, and is produced using the Charmat method for a light, effervescent character. The region's microclimate, characterized by mild temperatures and hilly landscapes, ensures optimal grape ripening, contributing to the wine's distinct flavor. Prosecco's global popularity stems from its versatility and affordability, making it a favorite for celebrations or casual enjoyment. With its crisp acidity and delicate bubbles, Prosecco is a delightful choice for any occasion, whether as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, embodying the spirit of Italian conviviality and elegance.
