Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected from limestone orchards in the Grand Cru village of Chouilly. The basic wine ferments in steel tanks and malolactic fermentation is allowed. The second fermentation takes place in the bottles, where the wine matures for 36 months. Dosage 8g/l.
Usage: As an aperitif and with seafood appetizers.
Description: Sophisticated scent with ripe lemon and roasted nuts. The dry taste is rich and ripe fruity and the citrusy aftertaste is pleasant.
