Standard delivery is available across much of Manhattan. Our standard delivery zone covers many Manhattan addresses, roughly from 12th to 74th Street and west of 3rd Avenue. Standard delivery usually takes 40-60 minutes, with express delivery available in 30-40 minutes when capacity allows. We do not ship alcohol by carrier to other states. Local delivery is handled by our store team in Manhattan. Extended delivery outside our standard zone may be available by request for an additional fee, depending on address, order size, timing, and driver availability.

Our delivery team may make up to two attempts when appropriate. If the second delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable or cannot provide valid identification, the order will be cancelled and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Yes, we have a $30 minimum order requirement. Orders below $30 will incur a $3.50 small order fee. Free standard delivery is available on eligible orders over $30 within our standard zone. Extended delivery requests outside the standard zone may have a separate delivery fee.

Yes! We're one of the top partners for UberEats, DoorDash, and Instacart. However, we STRONGLY encourage you to place orders directly through our website for better pricing, additional discounts, and accurate inventory availability. While we'll do our best to coordinate orders through third-party platforms, please note that in very rare occasions, there can be discrepancies with pricing and inventory mapping. If we notice any discrepancy that doesn't match our actual price and inventory status, we reserve the right to modify or cancel orders with notification from our internal staff.
