Description

TASTING NOTES: View: straw yellow, golden reflections, fine perlage. Nose: notes of fruit (peach, apricot, green apple). Mouth: soft and pleasant. Fine bubble. Very fresh and easy to drink. APPELLATION: Burgundy. VINEYARD: organic farming. Vineyards in height. Chalky clay soil. GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay. PREPARATION: early harvest for grapes are at their best freshness and acidity.
