Do you offer mixed case discounts?
We offer a 10% discount on purchases of 12 bottles or more of 750ml any Red, White, Rose, and Sparkling wine excluding champagne. Items that are already on sale will count toward your 12 bottles and are eligible for further discount. Be sure to sign up for our emails to find out about special promotions and future sales.
Are prices on the website the same as in-store or in ads?
We make every effort to ensure that our website reflects our best prices. In the event of a discrepancy, please contact us at support@amsterwine.com or call us at 1-631-825-2088.
Where are you located exactly?
Our address is 475 9th Avenue. New York, NY 10018.  Conveniently located on the corner of 9th avenue and West 37th Street.
Do you accept orders over the phone or via fax?
Yes, Of course!  You can call us at (646) 838-5011 to place an order via. the phone however we can't take your credit card information over the phone due to compliance issue for your order.  We can only take Cash for any orders made by calling us.
What is your return policy?
We do our best to give you great service. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at (646) 838-5011 or via email support@amsterwine.com. We don't offer refund for your purchase but we will be more than glad to exchange the items you purchased from us.  We will work with you to remedy the problem. 
What is your local delivery area?
Please see our Local Delivery Policy page for further information.  In general, we deliver between 70th to 10th Street and Westside H'way to 1st Avenue in Manhattan. 
Can I pick up my order at the store?
For Pick-up orders, the person picking up the order must be the person who placed the order, with ID and the credit card used present.
Any minimum order requirement?
Yes $39.99 pretax but any orders below our minimum will be charged $5 delivery fee for your convenience.
