About This Wine
Made in California's Central Valley from a blend of dry white wines and Orange Muscat, Vya Extra Dry is skillfully crafted at Quady Winery with a selection of over fifteen dried herbs. In Vya Extra Dry the plants' flowers and leaves are used for infusion, while Vya Sweet features roots and seeds. The flowers and leaves offer a powerful herbaceous taste, crispness, and refreshment. Breathtakingly aromatic, Vya Extra Dry invigorates the taste buds, making a Wet Martini or rocks aperitif perfect for the end of the day. For an unparalleled Vya Extra Dry Wet Martini, choose a robust gin like Gin 209, Tanqueray 10 or Citadel. Mix 2 parts gin with 1 part of Vya Extra Dry and a dash of orange bitters; shake or stir, strain into a martini glass, and garnish with an olive.
