Description

100% single vineyard Sancerre from Crezancy, a tiny village with fewer than 500-inhabitants that sits precariously above two of the appellation’s three faults.Completely hands-on from start to finish. Sauvignon Blanc grapes are brought in bunches to the garage winery in the cooler morning hours where they are gently crushed, settled and quickly fermented. A short batonnage and a long slumber in tank precede bottling a year after harvest.
