This dry red wine undergoes an extended maceration period of 10 to 16 days, following a fermentation temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit. The wine is aged for 22 months in French oak (21% new), giving this Cabernet wine a plush, layered palate. This bottled wine has 14.5% alcohol by volume.
