The wines are an exploration of vineyard sites around Australia, with a slight bias toward the state of Victoria, undoubtedly Australia’s food and wine capital. Vines are grown with the utmost respect to the surrounding environment.

This single vineyard wine comes from a 15 year old block of Shiraz vines. It’s an Aussie classic, made to be copiously drinkable. De-stemmed and crushed into concrete open fermenters, hand plunged. Aging in stainless steel tanks (no oak).
