Product Description
This Tokubetsu Junmai is meticulously brewed using highly acclaimed pure water, Miyamizu, and stringently selected rice. The character of this sake is well balanced and complex, crisp finish.
At room temperature, this sakeโs fruity aspects become more pronounced, with notes of melon, cream and lightly salted cucumber peel. When chilled, the aroma is fresh, with the scents of green apple and fennel joined on the palate by the flavors of watermelon rind, cucumber and mineral.
The Shirakabe Gura brewery has received the Gold Medal of the Japan Sake Appraisal for 10 consecutive years since 2004.
