The hue of this wine is brilliantly clear, golden straw—a color that dramatically sets the stage for what is to come. This wine opens with flavors of pear and apple with hints of citrus and tropical notes, followed by flavors of toasted sweet oak and crème brûlée for a rich, round mouthfeel with balanced acidity and minerality on the finish.

Enjoy this food-friendly Chardonnay with fresh peach salad mixed with baby greens, pistachios, goat cheese, and verjus vinaigrette; smoked trout salad with arugula, snap peas, potatoes, pickled red onions, and crème fraîche vinaigrette; sole meunière with fennel puree and shaved fennel in a lemon-caper brown butter; or a basil pesto garden pizza with sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, potato, peppers, ricotta, and mozzarella.
