Brandy & Cognac
Brandy is a distilled spirit made from fermented fruit juice, most commonly grapes, and aged in wooden casks, which impart a rich, complex flavor. Within the brandy family, Cognac is a prestigious variety that must be produced in the Cognac region of France under strict regulations. Cognac is distilled twice in copper pot stills and aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of two years, resulting in a smooth, refined spirit with notes of fruit, vanilla, and spice. Both brandy and Cognac are enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in sophisticated cocktails, known for their elegant and luxurious profiles.
