ProducerAndre Goichot
From the prestigious commune of Puligny-Montrachet in the Côte de Beaune — one of the world's most celebrated addresses for white Burgundy. André Goichot is a respected négociant maison sourcing from quality vineyards across Burgundy.
A classic Puligny-Montrachet: rich and mineral-driven Chardonnay with white-stone fruit, citrus, white flowers, hazelnut and refined oak ageing built on a long, elegant finish. 750ml. Serve cool but not cold (12-14°C) to let the aromatics develop. A serious pairing for roast chicken, lobster, scallops, mushroom risotto or richer fish dishes. Drinks well now; will continue to evolve over the next several years.
