About This Wine
Fermented on skins. Aged in barrels. Big Salt "Orange Rosé" is a dry wine that captures the feeling of sunset at the beach — vibrant colors mixing with perfume of the salty air. The wine is blended from white varieties that are fermented on their skins, which impart colors and flavors that range from hibiscus to tangerine. The combination of orange and rosé wine adds diversity of aromatics and texture, while creating a flavor profile that tastes similar to how the wine looks.
