Blason du Prince Châteauneuf-du-Pape brings the warm, sun-drenched soul of the Southern Rhône into every glass at a deeply approachable price. Produced by Cellier des Princes — a historic cooperative founded in 1925 whose member-growers helped create France's very first AOC appellation — this red is a textbook expression of place. The cuvée is a classic blend of approximately 90% Grenache, 5% Mourvèdre, and 5% Syrah grown on the appellation's iconic galets-roulés stones, clay, and sand soils that bake under the Provençal sun. After fermentation, the wine is aged in tank for ten to twelve months to preserve its lifted aromatics and silky fruit. The nose is generous and expressive with ripe black cherry, plum, and warm spice rolled in garrigue — that unmistakable Rhône scrubland aroma of thyme, rosemary, and lavender. On the palate, it's full-bodied and warming with juicy fruit, soft tannins, and a long, savory finish. Pair with grilled lamb, beef stew, herbed roast chicken, or aged cheeses for a quintessential Rhône table experience.
