Made in the London dry style and packaged in a distinctive peacock-blue bottle, this gin has mild aromatics and fleeting sweetness on the palate chased by citrus, juniper and spice. The finish is crisp and assertive, even slightly hot at 94 proof, but that won't matter once mixed into a tall gin-and-tonic or Tom Collins.

Description

2019 San Francisco World Spirits Gold Medal Winner

Bluecoat American Dry Gin is handcrafted using a proprietary blend of 100% certified organic botanicals, highlighted by American citrus peels and a softer, rounder juniper berry, as well as angelica and coriander- making it uniquely different than the London dry style gins that have long dominated the market.

The nose leads with refreshingly sweet aromatics, giving way to soft and earthy juniper notes. The body is intensely smooth with a complex depth of flavors that reveal themselves as they permeate the palate. The bright finish is exceptionally long and completes an experience that is incredibly pleasing to the senses.

Best served in a gin and tonic with an orange garnish.

Gin

Gin, a clear and aromatic distilled spirit, is distinguished by its primary botanical flavor of juniper berries, which imparts a piney and resinous quality. Crafted through distillation, gin's unique profile is further enriched by a diverse array of botanicals, including herbs, spices, and citrus peels, resulting in a complex and versatile spirit. Its adaptability shines in classic cocktails like the Martini and the Negroni, where the interplay of botanicals adds depth and character. From the London Dry style with a crisp, juniper-forward taste to more contemporary and floral variations, gin remains a beloved and iconic spirit, inviting both tradition and innovation into the world of mixology.
