Bruno Desaunay Bissey Chambolle Musigny Combe d"Orveaux is a refined, place-driven red Burgundy from one of the Côte de Nuits' most celebrated villages — Chambolle-Musigny, the appellation famous for producing some of the most elegant, perfumed Pinot Noirs in all of Burgundy. "Combe d'Orveaux" indicates a specific village-level vineyard parcel known for its precise, lifted character that reflects the village's signature finesse. Made from 100% Pinot Noir and aged thoughtfully in oak following traditional Burgundian practice. The nose opens with red and black cherry, raspberry, violet, dried rose petal, sweet baking spice, and a wisp of forest floor and warm earth. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with seamless silken texture, refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, perfumed finish that delivers Chambolle's celebrated grace. Built for both immediate enjoyment and short-to-medium cellaring. Pair it with roast duck, pheasant, mushroom risotto, lamb chops, or creamy soft cheeses to fully appreciate the village's celebrated elegance.
