Jeb DunnuckMoving to the Domaine Drouhin Oregon lineup from the Dundee Hills, the 2021 Pinot Noir Dundee Hills is ripe with ripe black cherry, fresh licorice, and dark stone. Lush and inviting, with ripe structure and broad shoulders, it is flush with a ripe, meaty texture and warming spice. Allow it another couple of years in the cellar. This is an age-worthy wine to drink 2025-2037.

James SucklingThis is complex and layered, with spiced cherries, aged tangerine peel, crushed spices and nutshells. Some licorice notes. Medium- to full-bodied, structured and polished with a firm backbone of very fine tannins and earthy undertones. Lingering finish.
Pinot Noir is a red wine grape variety that is widely considered one of the most challenging and finicky to grow. It is known for producing elegant, aromatic wines with flavors and aromas that can include red berries, cherry, floral notes, and earthy undertones. Pinot Noir is often associated with regions like Burgundy in France, where it reaches its pinnacle, producing some of the world's most sought-after and expensive wines.
