Pazo Das Bruxas Albariño is a vibrant, sea-driven white from one of Spain's most respected wine families: Familia Torres, now in its fifth generation of winemaking. Sourced from estate vineyards in the cool, Atlantic-cooled Rías Baixas region of Galicia, this bottling channels everything that makes Albariño one of the world's great seafood whites. The name translates to "the witches' manor" — a nod to the local legend surrounding the granite-clad estate. The nose opens with bright lemon zest, grapefruit pith, white peach, and a clear saline minerality from the surrounding ocean. On the palate, the wine is crisp and zippy with vibrant acidity, juicy stone fruit, and a textured, mouth-watering finish that practically begs for shellfish. Made from 100% Albariño — the variety that defines Galicia — and crafted to highlight purity and place above all else. Pair it with raw oysters, grilled shrimp, sushi, ceviche, or a classic Spanish seafood paella. A sophisticated white that makes a strong case for Spain's coastal wines.
