His claim to fame is the creation of Segal’s Unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon and Feldstein now is putting his energy into his own wine.
The wines focus on native Israeli varieties and grapes that are sun loving such Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and Argaman. He also does a single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon.
