Product Description
Yarden Sauvignon Blanc was produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes with a small portion of Semillon, both grown entirely in the Golan Heights where the cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties. Aging in French oak barrels for 2 months adds a light toastiness to the already complex fruit and herbaceous characters typical of the Sauvignon Blanc varietal.
