Toffee and espresso aromas include a faint spearmint whiff. High West's A Midwinter Nights Dram Rye is a limited release of High West Rendezvous Rye finished in French oak port barrels. This release is Act 9.

Aromas of muddled blackberries, honey-poached figs, chocolate covered cherries, toasted marshmallow, gentian root, star anise, hoisin sauce, a well-worn leather jacket, and a warm blanket by the fire on a crisp evening. On the palate it is refreshing with sugar plums, blackberries, spiced bitter orange peel, toffee cookies aside an orange tea, fresh dates, cinnamon strudel, brown sugar glass, along with dried thyme leaves. On the finish notes of aromatic bitters, pink peppercorn, violets, and mint.
