ProducerLuc Cholot
A traditional-method sparkling wine from Limoux in southern France — the historic home of Crémant de Limoux, where sparkling wine has been produced since the 16th century, predating even Champagne. Made by the same labor-intensive méthode traditionnelle (second fermentation in bottle) used in Champagne.
Bright apple and citrus on the nose, soft brioche notes from extended lees ageing, and a fine, persistent bead. Crisp, dry and elegant on the palate — a fantastic value alternative to Champagne. Brut style. 750ml. Serve very well chilled. A perfect celebration bubbly that also shines as an aperitif, with oysters, light hors d'oeuvres or in cocktails.
