A classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from Matua — the New Zealand winery that pioneered the country's Sauvignon Blanc movement in 1974, planting the first Sauvignon Blanc vines in the now world-famous Marlborough region. Matua means “headland” in Māori, a nod to its founding location.
Vibrant and aromatic in the glass: passionfruit, gooseberry, lime zest and freshly cut grass leading into bright, zesty acidity and a clean finish. 1.5L magnum format — perfect for entertaining a crowd or stocking the bar. Serve very well chilled. Brilliant with seafood, sushi, grilled chicken, fresh salads, goat cheese and herb-driven Asian dishes.
