Blended with Merlot, Syrah, and Malbec, this full-bodied red took us on an enjoyable ride through rich and mouth-filling notes of grilled meats, vanilla, and blackberry. It's toasty from start to finish, with supple tannins smoothing out the mouthfeel.

This inky deliciousness Rickshaw Cabernet Sauvignon is a food friendly, Tuesday-night in-front-of-the-tv kinda Cab. Unapologetically bold, undeniably California, and complex enough that you might even pause Netflix to talk about it. The 2021 vintage is fruity and inviting; with tasty flavors of raspberry, cherry pie, and hints of vanilla and cedar to add just enough intricacy. Full-bodied, structured, and a whole lot of texture on the palate. A long, toasted oak finish lingers with notes of red fruit and spice.

Cabernet Sauvignon

A noble variety bestowed with both power and concentration, Cabernet Sauvignon enjoys success all over the globe, its best examples showing potential to age beautifully for decades. Cabernet Sauvignon flourishes in Bordeaux's Medoc where it is often blended with Merlot and smaller amounts of some combination of Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot. In the Napa Valley, ‘Cab’ is responsible for some of the world’s most prestigious, age-worthy and sought-after “cult” wines. Somm Secret—DNA profiling in 1997 revealed that Cabernet Sauvignon was born from a spontaneous crossing of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc in 17th century southwest France.
