Blended, matured, and bottled by the legendary Douglas Laing & Co., SIA represents a refreshingly approachable take on the Scotch category designed for new whisky drinkers and seasoned fans alike. The blend is precisely composed: 50% Speyside, 40% Highlands, 10% Islay — with Teaninich as one of the lead malts and a 40% malt / 60% grain ratio. The pour shows a brilliant honey-gold hue. The nose opens with honey, dried orchard fruit, buttery toffee, vanilla cupcakes, banana taffy, and graham crackers — sweet, gentle, and inviting.
