Subtlety that doesn't go unnoticed is the strength of this Fleurie made from 65-year-old vines. Deep ruby in color, this wine has a perfumed nose of dried cranberry, rosehip, red plum, violet blossom and dried hay. On the palate the wine has slightly grippy tannin with some concentration on the mid- to back palate.

A fresh and focused Fleurie with plums, red cherries, violets and a touch of moss on the nose. Itโ€™s medium-bodied with a creamy texture and a serious savory undertone to the fruit.

Beaujolais is a French wine region known for its vibrant and fruity red wines primarily made from the Gamay grape. Located south of Burgundy, its wines range from light and refreshing Beaujolais Nouveau to more structured and complex cru Beaujolais. The region's granite-based soils contribute to the distinctive, lively flavors of red berries, floral notes, and a hint of earthiness. Beaujolais Nouveau, released shortly after harvest, is celebrated worldwide with its annual release on the third Thursday of November. The ten crus, such as Morgon and Moulin-ร -Vent, offer more depth and aging potential, showcasing the versatility of the region.
Gamay, the star grape of Beaujolais, is all about fun and flavor! Picture a glass brimming with juicy cherry and raspberry notes, backed by a zesty kick of acidity. It's the life of the party, especially when it comes to Beaujolais Nouveau, that vibrant celebration of the harvest released each November. But it's not just France; Gamay's spreading its joy worldwide, popping up in bottles from Switzerland to the United States. With its fruity charm and easy-drinking style, Gamay is a grape that's impossible not to love!
