ProducerThibaut & Maxime Pasdeloup
Thibaut & Maxime Pasdeloup Sancerre Blanc is a precise, place-driven Loire Valley white from a fraternal duo working in the heart of one of the world's most celebrated white wine appellations. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on the chalk, clay, and flint soils that give Sancerre its signature mineral character. The brothers' approach combines traditional Sancerre winemaking with thoughtful modern precision to produce wines of genuine purity and freshness. The nose explodes with classic Sancerre aromatics: gooseberry, fresh-cut grass, lemon zest, white flower, and the unmistakable thread of crushed flint and white smoke that signals authentic place-driven winemaking. On the palate, the wine is bone-dry, electrically vibrant with bracing acidity, juicy citrus and green-apple fruit balanced by saline minerality, and a long, crystalline finish that's textbook Sancerre. Best served well-chilled in a generous wine glass to fully release the aromatics. Pair it with raw oysters, goat cheese (especially Crottin de Chavignol), grilled white fish, sushi, or summer salads with citrus dressing for the textbook Sancerre table experience.
