Vincent Girardin Volnay Vieilles Vignes is a refined, old-vine red Burgundy from one of the Côte de Beaune's most respected modern producers. Volnay is widely regarded as the most elegant red appellation of the Côte de Beaune — known for producing some of the most perfumed, silken Pinot Noirs in all of Burgundy. The "Vieilles Vignes" (old vines) designation indicates fruit from mature plantings that produce smaller berries with greater concentration and complexity. Made from 100% Pinot Noir aged thoughtfully in oak following traditional Burgundian practice.
