This is a blend of 15 year & older bourbon whiskeys. The whiskey was finished in unique American Oak casks coopered with 5 year old air seasoned wood to develop a one-of-a-kind flavor profile influenced by each season, creating a rich and distinguished whiskey. The nose has notes of cream sode, hickory syrup, lemon peel and light pipe tobacco over a palate of caramelized barley malt, early grey tea and sassafras. A long lingering red wine finish with hints of unsweetened vanilla, nutmeg, seasoned oak and barrel char.
