A clean, food-friendly Junmai sake — made from rice, water, koji and yeast only, with no added distilled alcohol. Junmai (純米) literally means “pure rice,” and the style is prized for its richer body, slightly higher acidity and savory umami profile compared to lighter sake categories.
Soft and approachable on the palate, with gentle rice sweetness, subtle melon and a balanced savory finish. Versatile in temperature — lovely lightly chilled to bring out delicate aromatics, or gently warmed (around 40-45°C) to amplify body and umami. 720ml. Pairs wonderfully with sashimi, tempura, grilled fish, yakitori and a wide range of Japanese cuisine.
