Frescobaldi Aliè Rosé is a Provence-styled Italian pink from Tenuta Ammiraglia, the celebrated coastal estate of one of Tuscany's most historic wine families — the Frescobaldis, who have been making wine since 1308. The estate sits in the heart of Maremma along the Tyrrhenian coast, where the proximity to the sea creates an ideal Mediterranean microclimate. Aliè has been produced since 2014 from a thoughtful blend of Syrah and Vermentino — the latter adding a citrus-driven freshness uncommon in most rosés. The pour shows a delicate, salmon-pink hue with a soft sparkle. On the nose, expect white flowers, wild strawberry, fresh citrus zest, and a clear mineral lift from the seaside soils. The palate is dry, elegant, and refined, with a long, saline-tinged finish that's strikingly Mediterranean. Often compared to fine Provençal rosés in style and seriousness — this is rosé that genuinely earns its dinner-table place. Pair it with grilled fish, prosciutto with melon, sushi, salads, or simply chill it down for golden-hour sipping.
