iichiko Silhouette is the traditional expression of shochu and Japan’s 1 shochu brand. Lighter and eminently drinkable, Silhouette pairs well with a wide range of cuisines and is traditionally enjoyed with food, at 25% ABV (alcohol by volume).
Japanese shochu is a distilled spirit with a lower alcohol content than traditional spirits, made from ingredients like barley, sweet potatoes, or rice. Known for its versatility, it can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as a base for various cocktails, offering a unique and mild flavor profile.
