Kitaya is a pure sake made from high quality rice amidst the natural beauty of the Tsukushi Plains in the Yame Region.
Silvery, crystal clear glow from this sake, with aromas of damp slate, apricot skins and white flowers. It tastes fresh and spring-like, with loads of honeysuckle and other white flowers, and some white peach. Well-balanced with a slight bitter almond finish.
Medium dry and rich, this is best served chilled or at room temperature.
