Product Description
Omachi rice gives oily Kozaemon Akaiwa Omachi a full and mild taste with a fresh and well-balanced acidity. Very fruity notes of ripe peach, apricot and apple peel seduce in the nose as well as a warm and yeasty smell which is reminiscent of fresh Zopf (bread) straight out of the oven.
Sweet Williams pear dominate in the palate combined with a subtle pungency. Kozaemon Akaiwa Omachi is a very complex, full-bodied and velvet Junmai Daiginjo with an extremely seductive bouquet.
