Psagot Rosé is a vibrant, refreshing kosher rosé from Psagot Winery — a boutique producer based in the Judean Hills, with vineyards perched at high elevation north of Jerusalem. The estate has earned a reputation for crafting some of Israel's most expressive, terroir-driven wines, and this rosé is no exception. The pour shows a beautifully soft pink hue that's pure summer in a glass. The nose opens with fresh strawberry, ripe red cherry, watermelon, citrus zest, and a subtle floral lift. On the palate, the wine is dry and refreshing with juicy red fruit, vibrant acidity, gentle minerality, and a clean, crisp finish that practically begs for warm-weather sipping. Made in the Provence-inspired style favored by serious Israeli rosé producers — fresh, balanced, and food-friendly without ever crossing into too-sweet territory. Fully kosher and ideal for any kosher table including Shabbat dinners, holidays, and warm-weather gatherings. Pair it with grilled fish, salads, fresh fruit, sushi, soft cheeses, or simply chill it down for an afternoon by the pool.
