Description

2022 Vintage- A delicate and complex Sancerre with great depth of fruit; the boisterous green aromatics often found in Sauvignon Blanc have been skillfully restrained, allowing fruity layers of green apples and lemons to show through.

VINIFICATION: Plots are vinified separately. Direct pressing with a temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation then aged on its lees during 4 months. Left to mature for three months in stainless steel.

TASTING NOTES: Pale gold in color this Sancerre presents aromas of peaches and citrus fruits. The mouth is pure with beautiful roundness and a mineral finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Great as an aperitif, or with fish dishes and shellfish.
