While this is Siduri’s “regular” Pinot, it’s a real standout. Charming fruit and spice aromas seem perfectly aligned with the complex, layered, intricate flavors that follow. The wine is firm textured, concentrated and impressive, offering everything from bright raspberries to rich black cherries to cedar and clove accents.

Matured for 10 months in 25% new French oak, the 2021 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley has savory scents of cranberry sauce, blackberries, woodsmoke, tobacco and forest floor. The medium-bodied palate features generous, crunchy fruit and spicy accents. It has a silky texture, mouthwatering acidity and a long, expressive finish.

On the nose, cranberry, persimmon, bay leaf, black pepper and autumn mulch. On the palate, black cherry, boysenberry, cinnamon and hints of clove and earth. Pleasantly firm tannins hold the long finish, which is highlighted by juicy acidity and spice.
