Description

Pale green, yellow, clear. Aroma is strong straw and rice, also strawberries and other fruity notes. Taste is slightly astringent, acidic, alcoholic. Quite drinkable. Body is good. It's a table-rice version of Gyeongju Beopju. Many years ago it was made by its own company and only included rice, water and koji. It has since had its recipe changed to include acids, sugars and brewers alcohol. It's still the cheapest acceptable clear rice wine in Korea.
