Soto Super Premium Junmai Daiginjo Sake translates to SOTO, meaning "outside" in Japanese, is a celebration of the earth's purest elements brought together to make this premium quality all-natural product: finely polished specialty rice and pristine mountain water from the Niigata Prefecture. Junmai means pure. Junmai Daiginjo is the highest grade of sake available in the world. Rice must be polished to at least 50%.

TASTING NOTES: Smooth and crisp with hints of apple, cucumber, and melon.
NOSE: Slightly floral, gala apple, lemon zest.
Serve chilled & enjoy straight, in cocktails, or with food.
